title: There can never be not enough testing
title: There can never be enough testing
---
As you may already know (if you don't, please check [these](https://www.dennogumi.org/2016/02/where-are-my-noble-gases-i-need-more-noble-gases/) [older posts](https://www.dennogumi.org/2016/02/adding-wayland-to-the-gas-mixture/)) openQA, the automated testing system used by openSUSE runs daily tests on the latest KDE software from git. It works well and uncovered [a number](https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=383191) [of bugs](http://bugs.kde.org/383114). However, it only tested X11. With Wayland starting to become usable, and some developers even [switching to Wayland full time](https://blog.martin-graesslin.com/blog/), it was a notable shortcoming. Until now.
