You will find them in the [KDE:Current](https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:KDE_repositories#Current_KDE_SC_release) repository. Current users of this repository will get the new release automatically once they update. Why you should upgrade? You can take a look at the [list of changes](https://bugs.kde.org/buglist.cgi?query_format=advanced&short_desc_type=allwordssubstr&short_desc=&long_desc_type=substring&long_desc=&bug_file_loc_type=allwordssubstr&bug_file_loc=&keywords_type=allwords&keywords=&bug_status=RESOLVED&bug_status=VERIFIED&bug_status=CLOSED&emailtype1=substring&email1=&emailassigned_to2=1&emailreporter2=1&emailcc2=1&emailtype2=substring&email2=&bugidtype=include&bug_id=&votes=&chfieldfrom=2014-01-01&chfieldto=Now&chfield=cf_versionfixedin&chfieldvalue=4.14.2&cmdtype=doit&order=Bug+Number&field0-0-0=noop&type0-0-0=noop&value0-0-0=) to get an idea. These fixes touch many important KDE applications, including KMail, Okular and Dolphin. Packages are also on their way to openSUSE Factory. As usual, bugs with the packaging should be [reported to openSUSE](http://bugzilla.opensuse.org) and upstream bugs should be [reported to KDE](http://bugs.kde.org). Also, if you like what KDE is doing and you feel you can not contribute directly, you may want to support this [end of year fundraiser](https://www.kde.org/fundraisers/yearend2014/index.php).
